Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- No bullying, doxxing, or impersonation.
- Keep feedback constructive and honest.
Keep it safe and legal
- No illegal content or activity.
- No explicit sexual content or exploitation.
- No dangerous stunts or instructions for harm.
- No content that exposes another person's private, health, location, financial, or identity information without permission.
Food, health, and provider safety
- Do not present estimates, ratings, or AI notes as medical diagnosis, emergency advice, or guaranteed nutrition facts.
- Do not impersonate a dietitian, nutritionist, trainer, provider, restaurant, Menu Scout, sponsor, or admin.
- Do not upload another person's health, meal, activity, or client information without permission.
- Providers must use Client Health within their license, certification, state rules, professional scope, and client consent.
- Restaurant check-ins, home-cooked meals, menus, drinks, and storefronts should be labeled honestly so content lands in the right surface.
No spam or manipulation
- No spam, scams, or deceptive promotions.
- No automated or coordinated rating abuse.
- Do not mislabel or misrepresent content.
AI and generated content
Generated content must be labeled when required. Attempts to bypass safety checks may lead to removal or account action. AI-assisted tags, nutrition estimates, food classifications, and recommendations should be corrected when they are wrong.
Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-product reporting tools when content violates these guidelines. You can also email matthew.clockel@swipe10.com with the Swipe10 URL and a short explanation. Reports may lead to review, reduced visibility, removal, account restrictions, or preservation of the content when no violation is found.
Automated checks may help identify spam, unsafe material, or misleading labels, but enforcement can include human review. If you believe a decision was wrong, reply through the support contact with the content URL and the reason you are requesting another review.
